3. What if I experience quality or technical issues with my call?
If your call is not consistent with the call quality you have been experiencing on other calls, please let us know and we will address any issues. Complete a “Trouble Ticket” for the fastest service

4. Is PayPal the only option for payment processing?
At this time, yes. PayPal offers a fast and safe way for you to purchase calling cards and/or receive payment for your services. We have completed thorough testing with our PayPal integration and are confident it provides the best payment processing available.

5. Why are there two categories for Service Providers?
The first category represents the major segment of the service. The second category is a sub-segment of the service. By allowing Service Providers to select two categories, users can drill-down to get a more specialized number of providers.

6. Where does USVoice provide services?
Currently, we provide services in the USA and Canada. However, we expect to serve additional countries in the future. We will announce any services changes on this web site.

7. Is there a maximum a provider can charge for his/her service?
Yes, at this time providers can charge up to $1.00 USD per minute for their services. As our knowledge community grows, we may allow providers the opportunity to achieve certain status levels. Providers at these achievement levels may be able to charge more for their services. However, any changes to our current service structure will be clearly communicated well in advance.
