1. How do I get advice from Service Providers?

1. Click on the menu tab “Services Available.”
2. View providers by selecting the major category, then sub-category drop-down menus.
3. Getting advice is quick and easy:
4. Enter your calling card number and PIN.
5. Select a provider and call the 1-866-424-1167 access number.
6. You are connected to your provider and can begin getting advice!

2. How do I know what Service Providers are available?

The provider will be listed as “Available” in the “Services Available” page.

3. What will my purchase look like when it appears on my PayPal or credit card statement?

Your credit card or PayPal account will indicate that you purchased a telephone calling card from USVoice Networks.

4. When I purchase a calling card, am I charged any other fees besides the service provider charge?

You will be charged a one-time platform access fee of $.25 U.S. per call. This fee, along with your provider fee, will be the only charges you will incur.

5. What happens when my calling card balance reaches $0.00?

When your card balance reaches $0.00, your call is terminated. You can recharge your calling card online using PayPal. It may be a good idea to check your card balance prior to each call you make.

6. What happens if I call a service provider and they don’t answer?

You will not be billed for calls not answered or answered by a messaging system.

7. What happens if I’m not satisfied with the quality of advice I receive from a provider?

We encourage all callers to rate providers. At any time after your call, you can view your activity in the Account Manager portal. After each provider is a “Rate” button. Click on the button and rate the provider using a one-to-five scale. You can also leave comments for USVoice to review.

8. What can I do in the Account Manager Portal?

The Account Manager Portal provides a host of functions. You can access your calling card number and PIN, view your calling activity, view provider numbers you’ve called, view call specs (like length of call), see your card balance, view your purchases, rate your provider, recharge your card and change your password.
