USVOICE SERVICE TERMS OF USE

Services offered on this web site are the sole responsibility of the service provider. USVoice Networks Inc. (USVoice) is operating as a Telecommunications Network Service Provider only. Service Providers are not employees or representatives of USVoice. USVoice is in no way responsible for the usefulness, accuracy or suitability of the services offered within. USVoice has the right to suspend or cancel any service offered by service providers at any time and for any reason it deems necessary.

SERVICES OFFERED

Any and all services offered to the purchasers of USVoice calling cards are the sole responsibility of the service provider. USVoice does not employ, contract, subcontract or have any other personal or professional relationship with the service provider other than offering telecommunications connection services.

FEES AND CHARGES.

Providers offering services are able to select the rate they charge up to $1.00 USD per minute. The selected rate must be more than $.10 per minute, the current platform usage charge. Currently we are only offering services to USA and Canada.

Platform usage charges for Service Providers in USA and Canada are $.10 USD per minute. Calling parties are charged a $.25 USD call access fee for each call attempt made to our system.
