    USVoice uses PayPal to insure your purchase transaction is secure. You don’t have to give your credit card number to numerous service providers. Your USVoice Calling Card can be used with any of our providers…one card to access as many services as you want.

    Purchase your USVoice Calling Card in any amount between $10 and $100. The amount you select is the maximum amount you will be charged. You can never be charged more than your selected prepaid amount.

    Once you purchase your card, you can review available services and providers here. When you decide to use a particular service, you simply dial our toll free access number, enter your card access information and then dial the provider’s virtual number. You and the provider remain anonymous unless both parties agree otherwise. Your identity is always protected with nobody knowing your caller ID, credit card number or USVoice Calling Card number. Plus, only you will know about the services you purchased. Your credit card charge from PayPal will only reflect the purchase of a prepaid telephone calling card and will not itemize individual services.

    The service provider’s per minute charge is clearly noted on the provider information page. You will be charged that amount multiplied by the number of minutes you are connected to the provider. In addition, you will incur a small, one-time, platform access fee of $.25 U.S. per call. For example, you purchase a USVoice Calling Card in the amount of $20. You seek advice from a business consultant who charges $.50 per minute. Once connected to the provider, you talk for 15 minutes. You’re charged $7.50 for the service and a $.25 platform access fee. The balance remaining on your card after the call is $12.25.

    When your balance reaches zero, your call will be disconnected. If you need additional services, you can always recharge your card online using our Account Manager Portal. The Account Manager also allows you to review your call details, charges and account activity.

    The USVoice service provides a unique gathering place for the exchange of knowledge. Our goal is to make experts easily, affordably and safely available to everyone. In addition to our advanced network technology, Tier-1 telecommunications carriers, innovative Web applications and proven processes, we encourage users to rate providers. Each provider’s ratings can be reviewed before connecting. USVoice monitors ratings and will eliminate providers with poor feedback.
