You enter your account information along with details about your service. Services can fall into a wide variety of categories such as PC tech support, legal services, accounting or tax information, personal services, or anything you feel is of value or interest to your calling customers. After you set-up your account, you indicate in the Account Manager when you’re available to start taking your calls.

    Here’s how you make money:

    Currently, we charge service providers 10 cents per minute (U.S.). Using the Account Manager, you indicate the amount per minute you will charge for your services. The difference between our charge for platform use and your fee for your voice based service will be paid to you each month via PayPal. So, if your service fee is $1.00 per minute (U.S.), and you provide a total of 4800 minutes of service during the month, you’ll earn $4,320.00! That’s based on only four hours a day, five days a week.

    Service callers open an account and receive a fixed-amount, USVoice.net calling card. We also provide callers with an Account Manager so they can monitor their account activity. Callers can access any one of the registered services offered by you and others. We provide the caller with a toll free number to access our system. Since the caller dials an anonymous telephone number to access your services, your personal telephone number is protected. Plus, using our Account Manager, you have the ability to activate and deactivate calls or block callers that you no longer want to call you.

    The USVoice.net service provides a unique gathering place for the exchange of knowledge. To make the best experts available, we encourage callers to use our service provider rating system. Each caller has the opportunity to rate the service you have provided. The caller enters feedback and selects a one- to five-star rating (with five being the best). USVoice.net publishes the star ratings for public viewing. However, written caller feedback is only available to USVoice.net and will be unpublished. To maintain the integrity of our service, we will monitor feedback and eliminate those providers who have repeatedly received poor reviews.
